OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — An Omaha woman has pleaded guilty to federal tax evasion.
Thirty-seven-year-old Becky Neeb faces up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 or both could be imposed at her sentencing on July 2.
Prosecutors say Neeb under-reported her business receipts and over-reported her expenses for the tax years 2011, 2012 and 2013. The back taxes, the penalties and interest add up to around $137,000. She's agreed to make full restitution.
