MOSCOW (AP) _ Finland and the United States tied 6-6 Monday in the round-robin Pravda Cup international hockey tournament in Leningrad, the Tass news agency reported.

The Americans finished with a 1-3-1 record for three points in the six-team competition.

Kevin Miller and Wally Chapman scored two goals each for the Americans, and Greg Brown and Scott Young were the other U.S. scorers.

Dave Paterson, coach of the American squad, said, ''The tournament proved to be very useful because I was able to see the candidates for the national team in action.''
