Earthquake in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, Tajikistan (AP) _ The second earthquake this year in Tajikistan struck the former Soviet republic's northeast mountains Wednesday, emergency officials said.
The quake's epicenter was about 150 miles northeast of the capital Dushanbe, the Emergency Situations Ministry said. There were no reports of any damage or casualties, the ministry said.
The tremor also registered in the capital between magnitude 3 and 4, which can be capable of causing moderate damage.
