GROS ISLET, St. Lucia (AP) — Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss Wednesday and opted to field first in the fifth and final one-day international against West Indies.

West Indies, which trails the five-match series 2-1, had to leave out fast bowler Kemar Roach, due to a back injury. Tino Best got his first match of the series.

Pakistan made one change from the team that won here by six wickets under the Duckworth/Lewis Method last Sunday, bringing in seamer Asad Ali in place of Wahab Riaz.
