LUMBERTON, N.C. (AP) — One of the four men accused of robbing a North Carolina bank has been arrested.

The FBI said four suspects robbed a bank in Lumberton on Tuesday afternoon.

FBI spokeswoman Shelly Lynch said in a news release Thursday that 29-year-old Jermaine Ross Vaughn was arrested and charged with armed robbery, two counts of kidnapping, five counts of assaulting law enforcement officers with a gun, conspiracy and possession of a gun by a convicted felon.

Federal, state and local law enforcement officers are looking for three other suspects in the robbery and a chase that included an exchange of gunfire with an officer.

No law enforcement officers were hurt.

Officials said the men are to be considered armed and dangerous.
