Ducey appoints 5 new Maricopa County Superior Court judges

PHOENIX (AP) — Three Maricopa County Superior Court commissioners have been appointed along with two other attorneys as new Superior Court judges to fill vacancies created by retirements.
The appointees announced Wednesday by Gov. Doug Ducey include Commissioners Justin Beresky, Lisa VandenBerg and Kevin Wein.
The other two appointees are Snell & Wilmer partner Sara Agne and Suzanne Scheiner Marwil, an administrative law judge for the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.
