Colts' Edgerrin James Sprains Knee

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) _ Indianapolis Colts running back Edgerrin James sprained his left knee late in Thursday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
James was injured with about 4 1/2 minutes left, when he was tackled for a 1-yard loss by linebacker Marvcus Patton. He was able to walk off the field but did not return.
James carried 27 times for 102 yards, giving him 24 career 100-yard games, tying Eric Dickerson for the club record.
