NEW YORK (AP) _ Stocks that were moving substantially or trading heavily Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market:
Jabil Circuit Inc., down $2.44 at $24.12.
The contract electronics manufacturer's fiscal first-quarter results disappointed Wall Street despite a 34 percent increase in revenue.
ConAgra Foods Inc., up 49 cents at $27.34.
The packaged-food maker said its fiscal second-quarter profit rose 44 percent. The company, whose brands include Healthy Choice, also raised its profit forecast for the year.
Worthington Industries Inc., down 95 cents at $18.74.
The metal producer's fiscal second-quarter profit fell 31 percent as demand for steel processing and metal framing weakened.
PMC-Sierra Inc., down 29 cents at $6.60.
The maker of chips used in communications and networking equipment reduced its fourth-quarter profit forecast.
International Assets Holding Corp., down $15.63 at $32.30.
The financial-services company swung to a fiscal fourth-quarter loss amid volatility in commodity prices.
Horizon Health Corp., up $3.23 at $19.36.
The operator of mental health treatment facilities agreed to be acquired by Psychiatric Solutions Inc. for about $321 million plus the assumption of $105 million of debt. Psychiatric Solutions rose $1.52 to $37.60.
