CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Authorities have released the names of three adults who died in a house fire in Tennessee.
Media outlets report the victims of Friday's fire in the Montgomery County community of Woodlawn were identified as 72-year-old Lloyd Black Sr., 70-year-old Zelda Dennis and their 49-year-old daughter, Susan Black.
Montgomery County Emergency Management Director Jerry Buchanan had said the fire appeared to have started toward the middle of the home, possibly due to a wood stove. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
It wasn't clear if the one-story house had working smoke detectors.
