NEW YORK (AP) _ ``Who Wants to Be a Millionaire'' remained the right answer for ABC in the ratings game last week.

Nearing the end of its November run, the nightly smash-hit quiz show grabbed six of the top eight Nielsen slots as it helped ABC to a decisive win. Only NBC's ``ER'' (in first place) and ``Friends'' (sixth) invaded the order.

The week's remaining ``Millionaire'' edition, Saturday's, ranked 14th.

In household ratings for the week of November 15-21, ABC aced it with a 10.6 rating and 17 share, according to Nielsen Media Research figures released Tuesday. In second place, NBC had a 9.3 rating and 15 share, just ahead of CBS with its 9.1 rating and 15 share. Fox had a 6.9 rating and 11 share.

Among the second tier of networks, the WB's 3.0 rating and 5 share edged UPN's 2.6 rating and 4 share. Pax TV had a 0.8 rating and 1 share.

A rating point represents 1,008,000 households, or 1 percent of the nation's estimated 100.8 million TV homes. The share is the percentage of in-use televisions tuned to a given show.

NBC's ``Nightly News'' retained the evening news ratings crown with an 8.5 rating and 17 share. ABC's ``World News Tonight'' had an 8.1 rating and 16 share, while the ``CBS Evening News'' had a 7.4 rating and 14 share.
