Developments related to the Sept. 11 attacks:
_ The Taliban's foreign minister turned himself in to authorities in Afghanistan, giving American forces what could be one of the biggest intelligence prizes in the war so far.
_ U.S. troops traveled to a remote site in eastern Afghanistan to determine whether top al-Qaida figures had been killed in a missile attack.
_ Afghanistan's foreign minister warned Saturday that the country's security remains threatened by holdouts of the Taliban and the al-Qaida terrorist network.
_ Fleeing members of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida network are getting into southern Lebanon and linking up with Hezbollah, according to Israel's defense minister.
_ The 2002 Olympic Winter Games opened with an emotional tribute to the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks and those who tried to save them.
