Operator: 911, what is your emergency?

Caller: Ah, we just heard, ah, I think, gunfire. This is Barbara McGinty (the school's assistant principal).

Operator: Ok, where's the shots fired?

Caller: At the high school, at the lobby.

Operator: Where? Where? In the lobby of the high school?

Caller: In the lobby of the high school.

Operator: (Shouting to another person) Brant! Brant! Shots fired in the lobby at the high school. At Heath. ...

Operator: Ma'am, is anyone injured?

Caller: I think so

Operator: I mean people are injured?

Caller: At least one.

Operator: One person injured?

Caller: Yes.

Operator: OK.

Caller: Two critically.

Operator: Two, stay on the phone. ...

Later, another call came in from the school.

Operator: 911.

Caller: Yes, Barbara McGinty.

Operator: Yes, can I help you?

Operator: It's the high school, I was talking with someone.

Operator: They're on the way.

Caller: OK. We've got at least three down.

Operator: Three down? You know where the weapon is?

Caller: Yes, we've got it in the drawer.
