Time To Set the Clock Ahead Again
Apr. 01, 2000
WASHINGTON (AP) _ Daylight-saving time is back.
Officially, clocks for most of the country were changing at 2 a.m. Sunday. Folks who failed to spring forward were an hour late for work, church or other activities.
Daylight-saving time brings an extra hour of evening sunshine for outdoor activities until Oct. 29.
This also is a good time to replace batteries in smoke alarms, safety advocates say
