JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) _ Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Kevin Hardy will miss the next two to three weeks with a knee injury.

Hardy underwent an MRI on Monday and has been diagnosed with a sprain of his medial collateral ligament, the team announced Tuesday.

Hardy, the No. 2 overall pick in last year's draft, sprained his left knee on the sixth play from scrimmage in a 26-22 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

Jeff Kopp replaced Hardy for the remainder of that game, and Kopp is expected to make his first start Sunday when the Jaguars play in Pittsburgh.
