TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) _ Reshea Bristol scored 20 points as No. 10 Arizona jumped out to a big first-half lead and beat No. 7 Washington 93-62 on Saturday.

The Wildcats (9-3, 3-1) shot 64 percent from the field in the first half as they took a 48-30 lead into halftime. Washington could not get within 21 points in the final 16 minutes.

Adia Barnes added 14 points and 11 rebounds for Arizona. Monica Crank chipped in with 13.

Jamie Redd had 19 points to lead Washington (10-2, 1-2), which dropped its second straight game. Amber Hall added 13 points.

Arizona went on an 11-0 run late in the first half to take a 43-24 lead. DeAngela Minter was the key with a short jumper and a 3-pointer.

The Wildcats put the game away with an 11-2 spurt to open the second half. Bristol spearheaded the charge with two 3-pointers.
