CHITTAGONG, Bangladesh (AP) — Sri Lanka allrounder Tillakaratne Dilshan has been fined 20 percent of his match fee for showing dissent to the umpire in the win over New Zealand.
In the fourth over of the match on Monday, Dilshan rubbed his elbow after the ball deflected off his gloves to the wicketkeeper, to indicate the ball had not touched his gloves.
Dilshan admitted to the charge after the match.
