SYDNEY, Australia (AP) _ Kostya Tszyu and Zab Judah could meet in a unifying bout in the 140-pound class in October or November, Tszyu's promoter said Tuesday.

Tszyu, a Russian-born Australian, is the WBC and WBA champion. Judah holds the IBF crown.

The fight would proceed if both men win mandatory defenses June 23 in Connecticut, Tszyu promoter Vlad Warton said.

Tszyu is to defend his WBC belt against Germany's Oktay Urkal. Judah is to defend his IBF title against Allan Vester.

Warton said all parties in a Tszyu-Judah promotion had agreed to terms and were expected to sign the deal. He said Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut and Madison Square Garden in New York were potential venues.
