MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. (AP) _ A plane from the Navy's Blue Angels precision flying team crashed Thursday during a training flight in southern Georgia.

``We have a plane that went down at Moody Air Force Base,'' said Ron Newsome, a spokesman for the Blue Angels.

The Navy public affairs office at the Pentagon said the plane, believed to be an F-18 fighter jet, was listed as unaccounted for, but could not confirm a crash.

Moody officials declined to release any information.
