Product Recall: Sun-Dried Tomatoes

The following recall has been announced:
_Casale Sun-Dried Tomatoes 2003 crop, sold by Utica, N.Y.-based Atlantic International Products Inc., because of an unlisted ingredient that could produce severe reactions in asthmatics. There have been no reports of illness. The tomatoes were sold in California, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island in five-pound bags labeled ``Product of Turkey.'' The tomatoes include sulfites _ not listed on the label _ which can cause problems in asthmatics and anaphylactic shock when ingested. Customers should return the tomatoes to the place of purchase and can call Atlantic International at 888-724-4837 with questions.
