LONDON (AP) _ Wilma the greyhound may not be good at the sprint, but in the marathon, she is in a class of her own.

Wilma came last in her race at a greyhound track in Poole, southwest England, earlier this week. But when the other dogs eased up after the race, Wilma just kept on running.

That was three days ago, and by today her owners and the police still hadn't found her.

Newspapers reported Thursday one public sighting of Wilma, when a baffled motorist telephoned police to say he had been overtaken by a greyhound on a road five miles from the Poole.

Police said that Wilma still was wearing her orange running jacket with number 5 strapped on the back, and the stadium has now offered a $300 reward for information leading to her return to trainer Jo Burridge.
