HENDERSON, Ky. (AP) _ Crimson Orchid came through along the rail to capture the $50,000 Coca-Cola Summer Festival Stake race for fillies and mares 3 years old and up at Ellis Park on Saturday.

The 3-year-old was 11th after three-fourths of a mile but took the lead inside the final 200 yards of the 11/8 -mile event to equal the track record of 1:49 4-5.

The winner finished two lengths in front of Electric Fanny, also far back early. Dusty Gloves was another half length back.

Crimson Orchid paid $31.80, $12.60 and $9, while Electric Fanny returned $14.20 and $8. Dusty Gloves paid $6.20 to show.

The winner earned $41,535, boosting her lifetime winnings to $74,334.
