PARIS (AP) — Rafael Nadal has qualified for his 10th French Open final. The nine-time champion beat sixth-seeded Dominic Thiem 6-3, 6-4, 6-0 in their semifinal. Nadal, who has won all nine finals he has played in Paris, will take on 2015 champion Stan Wawrinka on Sunday.
CHICAGO (AP) — Addison Russell returned to the Chicago Cubs today, one day after Major League Baseball began an investigation of the shortstop. He was accused of hitting his wife in a social media post that has since been deleted. Russell denies the allegation.
