Quake Shakes San Diego Area

CALEXICO, Calif. (AP) _ An earthquake centered in the desert south of the Mexican border shook the San Diego area Friday. There were no immediate reports of any injuries or damage.
The quake, with a magnitude estimated at 5.2, struck at 11:32 a.m, according to the automated Southern California Seismic Network operated by the California Institute of Technology and the U.S. Geological Survey.
