BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) — Authorities say a man has died in a possible drowning at Lake Mohave on the Nevada-Arizona border.

National Park Service officials say the Lake Mead Interagency Communication Center received a report of a possible drowning at Cabinsite Cove around 2:30 p.m. Monday.

The caller said the man didn't surface after diving into the lake, which is part of Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Park Service rangers and the Bullhead City, Arizona Fire Department's dive team responded to the scene.

Authorities say the man's body was located and recovered around 5 p.m.

They say the Mohave County Medical Examiner's Office will identify the victim and determine the cause of death.
