BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a 31-year-old man who was stabbed to death in downtown Billings.

The Billings Gazette reports Louis Lee Oldbear was stabbed in a Hardee's parking lot Wednesday night. When officers arrived, bystanders were performing CPR on Oldbear, who died at a hospital.

An initial investigation indicates there was a physical disturbance involving the victim and two men who are believed to be transients staying in the area.

No one has been arrested.
