INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indianapolis Colts have traded linebacker Antonio Morrison to the Green Bay Packers for cornerback Lenzy Pipkins. Pipkins played in 12 games with the Packers last season after making the roster as an undrafted rookie. Morrison was Indy's fourth-round draft choice in 2016 and played in 31 games, starting 15 with the Colts. He has had 154 tackles in his career, but had been sliding down the depth chart.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) — The New York Jets have waived-injured wide receiver Lucky Whitehead and signed quarterback John Wolford. Whitehead didn't practice last week or play in the preseason game against the Giants on Friday night because of an undisclosed injury. He played his first two NFL seasons with Dallas before being claimed by New York off waivers last summer. Wolford went undrafted out of Wake Forest and participated in the Jets' rookie camp in May.

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) — Hawaii plays South Korea for the Little League World Series championship this afternoon. The team from Honolulu Little League defeated Georgia 3-0 yesterday to win the U.S. title. Hawaii has now made the LLWS championship game in four straight appearances. Georgia is playing Japan in the consolation game.

JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) — For the first time, a combined Koreas team has won a gold medal at a major multi-sport event. A crew comprised of South Koreans and North Koreans won the 500-meter dragon boat final today at the Asian Games, a day after the unified Korea team won bronze in the 200-meter dragon boat competition. Joint teams are competing in rowing, canoeing and women's basketball under a "unification" flag.

SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, Belgium (AP) — Sebastian Vettel has won a crash-marred Belgian Grand Prix for this 52nd career victory. His rival Lewis Hamilton finished second and Max Verstappen third. The win trimmed Hamilton's overall lead to 17 points heading into next weekend's Italian Grand Prix.
