SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) _ La'Keshia Frett and Yolanda Griffith each scored 18 points as the Sacramento Monarchs rallied to beat the Indiana Fever 81-69 Friday night.

Kedra Holland-Corn scored 14 points, Tangela Smith added 12 and Ticha Penicheiro finished with 11 assists for Sacramento (16-11), which won for the third time in four games.

Jurgita Streimikyte scored 14 points for the Fever (9-18). Gordana Grubin added 11, and Rita Williams and Alicia Thompson each scored 10.

The Monarchs, who trailed by four points at halftime, rallied behind the play of reserves Lady Hardmon and Frett, who combined for a 12-2 run midway through the second half.

Hardmon, who finished with eight points, converted two three-point plays and Frett added six points as Sacramento took a 63-50 lead with 10:02 remaining.

Streimikyteme scored 12 of her points in the first half. The Fever shot 55 percent in the opening period and led 36-32 at the break.
