Albanian premier visits squad before going to Euro 2016

TIRANA, Albania (AP) — Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has made a surprise visit to the country's national soccer team before they left for the European Championship.
Rama says on Twitter that he visited the squad on Sunday evening in Bergamo, Italy, where they have been training for the tournament in France.
Rama wrote "Goodbye in France. Escorting the red-and-black to the historic finals of Euro2016."
Albania opens against Switzerland on Saturday. The team will also play host France and Romania in Group A.
