Nocioni, Deng Lead Bulls Over Celtics

CHICAGO (AP) _ Andres Nocioni had 20 points and 12 rebounds, and Luol Deng added 18 points to lead the Chicago Bulls to a 95-92 preseason victory over the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night.
Gary Payton scored 21 points for Boston (1-3) and Paul Pierce added 16.
Tyson Chandler had 12 points and 17 rebounds for Chicago (2-2), and Eddy Curry finished with 10 points.
Trailing 82-78 with 7:14 left, Chicago came back by outscoring Boston 17-10 to end the game. Kirk Hinrich had nine points in the final 2:15. He hit a jumper making it 92-86 with 56.2 seconds left. Hinrich finished with 12 points.
Pierce scored seven points in a two-minute span in the third quarter as Boston outscored Chicago 12-2. Pierce hit a free throw on Chandler's technical to give the Celtics a 72-68 lead with 1:31 left in the quarter. Pierce and Payton scored 11 points apiece in the third quarter.
Trailing 40-23 with 9:33 left in the second quarter, Chicago went on a 24-3 run. Chris Duhon gave the Bulls a 47-43 lead with a jumper with 2:34 left in the quarter. Nocioni and Deng added scored six points each in that span.
Nocioni had 17 points and eight rebounds in the first half for Chicago, which led 56-48 at the break. Deng added 13 points in the half for the Bulls, and Jiri Welsch led Boston with 11 points. Welsch finished with 13 points and Marcus Banks had 15 for the Celtics.
