Through this collaboration, Revel customers can quickly deploy voice-ordering technology. This gives them the competitive advantage of new, exciting and easy-to-use consumer touch-points that facilitate both accurate ordering and brand loyalty.

Revel’s APIs seamlessly integrate with those of RedShift, which are configured uniquely for each customer’s menu to ensure accuracy. Once configured, the RedShift platform receives natural language customer input - text or voice - and returns a structured order that can be directly submitted to the Revel POS.

As a result, order efficiency is improved and transaction time from order to payment is shortened.

Customers may customize their drink order, add to their order and have it ready upon arrival at Ziggi’s. All orders are sent directly to Revel, alerting the barista to make the drink and place them in a special location for pickup.
