Celtics activate Brown, Rogers

BOSTON (AP) _ The Boston Celtics activated guard Dee Brown and forward Roy Rogers Jr. before Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
To make room for Brown and Rogers, Boston placed center Pervis Ellison and Dontae Jones on the injured list.
Ellison, who played in 21 games, was sidelined with tendinitis in his left knee. Jones reaggravated a left groin injury.
Brown had played in 18 games before being placed on the IL Dec. 10 with influenza. He averaged 6.9 points. Rogers, who had not played any games for Boston, started the season on the IL with right knee pain.
