Blast at Indiana Steel Plant

GARY, Ind. (AP) _ An explosion at a Bethelehem Steel plant Friday injured several people, authorities said.
At least three people with injuries were taken to Porter Memorial Hospital, spokeswoman Karen Martine said.
The county coroner was called to the plant in northwestern Indiana.
Bethlehem is one of the nation's largest steelmakers, manufactuing steel for the appliance, automotive, construction and machinery markets.
