SAN ANTONIO (AP) _ Tim Duncan had 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 107-90 exhibition victory over the New York Knicks on Friday night.
Malik Rose had a game-high 22 points with eight rebounds, while rookie point guard Tony Parker had 10 points for the Spurs.
The Spurs remain undefeated in exhibition play at 4-0.
Latrell Sprewell led New York with 14 points and eight rebounds. Kurt Thomas had 16 points and eight rebounds, while Howard Eisley and Shandon Anderson had 12 and 13 points, respectively.
The Spurs were 5-of-7 from the 3-point line in the second quarter, giving them an 11-point lead at halftime, 54-43. San Antonio then opened the third quarter with a 10-2 run, ending with back-to-back dunks by Duncan.
Sprewell had scored eight straight points for the Knicks in the third quarter to make it 65-53, but San Antonio answered back with 9-4 run.
New York cut the lead down to nine points, 91-82, in the fourth on Thomas' layup with 5:53 remaining, but that was the closest the Knicks would get in the second half.
