CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) — Police in Utah say a 28-year-old Wyoming man is jailed on suspicion of shooting out high school windows during an overnight break-in, invading several homes, stealing a vehicle and pilfering a bottle of orange juice from a homeowner's refrigerator.
Cedar City police tell The Spectrum that Talon Sessions of Thane, Wyoming was arrested early Thursday on felony robbery, burglary, theft and weapon charges and misdemeanor trespass, mischief, weapon and theft charges.
Iron County jail records showed Friday that Sessions also was held on a fugitive warrant. It was not immediately clear if he had a lawyer to represent him.
Police allege he used a handgun to shoot two windows and disable a door lock at Cedar High School before stealing keys from a home, taking a car, abandoning it and trying to enter several more homes.
