PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A former Philadelphia official has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
Philly.com reports (http://bit.ly/2uu8uEB ) 30-year-old Grant Shea, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to all six counts of receipt, possession and distribution of child pornography during a court hearing Monday.
Shea was the former health and human services program manager at the Office of Emergency Management. He resigned in July 2016 after serving for five months following a federal indictment for child pornography.
He was first indicted on three counts. He faced the additional charges after the FBI filed a complaint in January saying he tried to solicit child pornography while on house arrest.
Shea's lawyer says his client "looks forward to putting this behind him and moving on."
His sentencing is scheduled for November.
