VERMILLION, S.D. (AP) _ Huron quarterback Don Fellows broke NAIA Division II single-game records for most passing yards and most completions in leading the Tribe to a 50-21 victory over Black Hills State on Thursday at the DakotaDome.

Fellows threw for 636 yards in the South Dakota Intercollegiate Conference game, completing 49 of 76 passes for six touchdowns. His effort was one short of the school record seven touchdowns in a single game but he broke his own completion record of 47.

Travis Engebretson caught three touchdown passes for the Tribe, who trailed 13-0 in the second quarter before scoring three consecutive touchdowns before the half.

Doug Craft had 10 receptions for 124 yards.

Black Hills quarterback Spencer Ashton was 16 of 28 for 125 yards and one touchdown.
