SEATTLE (AP) — Two men employed by a Woodinville-based wall and ceiling contractor have been charged with raping a drywall apprentice last year after another employee was charged last month.
The SeattlePI reported Tuesday that Mauricio Antonio-Perez and Ramiro Benicio-Zepeda join Matthew Riley in the case. All are foremen at Northwest Partitions.
An incident report says a woman claimed that Benicio-Zepeda raped her during jobs in West Seattle and Lynnwood. Benicio-Zepeda allegedly told her that if she went to authorities, she would be fired and deported.
The alleged rape by Antonio-Perez purportedly occurred in Renton. Riley is alleged to have raped the woman several times.
Northwest Partitions CEO and President James Kahler said the woman is on paid leave while the defendants are on unpaid leave.
Benicio-Zepeda remains held on $450,000 bail and Antonio-Perez on $300,000. Riley has been released on $250,000 bond. It wasn't clear if they had attorneys.
