Former custodian gets jail for spying on people in bathroom

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (AP) — A former custodian at a Massachusetts high school has pleaded guilty to spying on people using a girls' bathroom at the school.
Prosecutors say 22-year-old Michael Kremensky was sentenced Thursday to serve six months of a 2 1/2-year jail sentence, with the remainder suspended for three years of probation after pleading guilty to four counts of photographing an unsuspecting person in the nude. He was also ordered to stay away from the school.
Police responded to Northampton High School in March to investigate what were described as "unusual structural modifications" in the bathroom and found holes drilled into the ceiling.
The Northampton man had only worked at the school since last August.
