EL PASO, Texas (AP) _ CBS and the Sun Bowl have tentatively agreed to keep the college football game on the network through at least 2005.

The five-year agreement expires after the UCLA-Wisconsin game on Dec. 29. CBS expects to complete a deal shortly.

``There is an agreement in principle on a term for five years with options beyond that, but there are some details that aren't specific yet,'' Sun Bowl TV liaison Jimmy Rogers Jr. said in the El Paso Times on Friday. ``The money is not quantified yet.''

The Sun Bowl will get a raise from the approximately $300,000 a game it was receiving from CBS, Rogers said. It is the network's only bowl game.
