SEATTLE (AP) — A second suspect in the murder of a Joint Base Lewis-McChord soldier in late October has been charged with murder.
News outlets report 30-year-old Randy Donaldson was arrested Monday in Renton and charged Tuesday with murder, assault and unlawful possession of a firearm in the death of Da'Quan Foster.
Authorities say Donaldson was arrested without incident in a joint operation that included a SWAT team.
A judge Tuesday ordered him held on $1 million bail. It wasn't immediately known if Donaldson had a lawyer.
Foster was fatally shot October 29 outside the Latitude 84 night club in Tacoma following an altercation. Foster's wife was also shot.
Another man arrested last week, Marshall Marion Wilson, has pleaded not guilty to the same charges in connection to the slaying.
