PITTSBURGH (AP) _ Two officials scheduled to work the game _ back judge Jim Saracino and field judge Bill Schmitz _ were caught in the Denver blizzard and never made it to Pittsburgh. The NFL flew in two replacements at the last minute, field judge Bob Lawing and back judge Dick Creed. ... Jacksonville has lost the first two games of a three-game road trip resulting from an agricultural fair that is tying up its stadium parking lots. The Jaguars, who lost last week in Dallas, play Sunday at Tennessee. ... Jacksonville had won its last six AFC Central games, including three this season, since losing 28-3 to Pittsburgh last year. ... The Jaguars have lost three of five since beating Pittsburgh 30-21 on Sept. 22. The Steelers have won five in a row _ four after trailing in the first half. ...
