Teenage boy, man shot while riding bicycles in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Authorities say two people riding bicycles were shot and wounded on a Philadelphia street, including a teenage boy who was shot multiple times at point blank range.
The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. Monday.
The 16-year-old boy was shot in the torso and was listed in critical condition. A 20-year-old man was shot multiple times in the arm, torso, and back and was in stable condition.
Their names have not been disclosed.
Authorities say a motive for the shooting remains under investigation. It wasn't clear how many shooters may have been involved or what type of weapon was used.
