MONROE - A local pizza cook was arrested after police said he sexually assaulted a teenaged waitress at the restaurant.

Aurel Carreon-Lucero, 35, of Clover Street, Stratford, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Police said they were contacted by the parents of a 17-year-old girl regarding a sex assault complaint.

The girl said she had been leaving the restaurant for the evening when Carreon-Lucero grabbed her around the waist and pulled her towards him, police said.

The teen managed to get free and ran to her car in the parking lot, but police said Carreon-Lucero caught up with her and shoved his hand under her shirt and grabbed her chest.

Police said the girl screamed at Carreon-Lucero to “Go back to your wife and kids,” and he let the teen go and she drove off.

The teen subsequently complained to the owner of the restaurant and Carreon-Lucero was fired, police said.
