ZURICH, Switzerland (AP) _ The World Cup qualifier between Austria and Israel, postponed last week for security reasons, will be played Oct. 27.

Soccer's governing body did not announce the game's site Thursday, but a FIFA official indicated it probably will be Tel Aviv, the original location.

The Group 7 qualifying match was scheduled for Oct. 7. But FIFA president Sepp Blatter postponed it after the Oct. 3 crash of a flight from Tel Aviv into the Black Sea. Nine Austrian players previously said they wouldn't play because of security fears.

The match will determine which team faces Turkey in a playoff for a spot in next year's World Cup in Japan and South Korea.
