1 killed, 2 hurt in head-on crash in Tyngsborough
TYNGSBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — One person has been killed and two others injured in a head-on crash in Tyngsborough.
The crash occurred at about 1 p.m. Sunday when a car collided with an SUV near the entrance to Greater Lowell Technical High School.
The Middlesex district attorney says 31-year-old Linsey Putzlocker, of Tyngsborough, was pronounced dead at a local hospital. She was driving one of the vehicles.
Two people in the other vehicle were also hospitalized with injuries not considered life-threatening.
The accident remains under investigation and no charges have been filed.
