Oxford woman accused of scratching man’s chest
MILFORD — An Oxford woman was arrested early Monday after a reported domestic violence incident in which she allegedly clawed a man’s chest.
According to police, at 1 a.m. Monday, officers responded to a Bridgeport Avenue motel on a report of a domestic violence incident. The investigation led to the arrest of Kelly Lipka, 23, Oxford. Police said Lipka scratched a man on his chest while inside the motel room during the course of a verbal argument.
She was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court Monday.
