SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) — A U.S. Marine Corps veteran has been indicted for aggravated DUI in a crash that killed two people near Pleasant Plains.

The State Journal-Register reports (http://bit.ly/1r49WUy ) 27-year-old Andrea Little of Springfield was indicted Thursday. Authorities say she was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana during the October crash that killed her passenger, 35-year-old Steven Moore of Jacksonville, and another driver, 16-year-old Danielle Allen of Pleasant Plains. They say Little's blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.

Little's attorney says she "suffered some emotional setbacks" from her military service in Iraq and Afghanistan from 2008-2009. He says it's unclear if she has post-traumatic stress disorder.

Little faces a six- to 28-year prison sentence if convicted. She is being held at the Sangamon County Jail on $1 million bond.
