Havasu man arrested on felony warrant, drug paraphernalia charge
Lake Havasu City police say a Havasu man was arrested on a drug paraphernalia charges after he was found with a glass pipe.
According to a police report, James Lyn Stewart, 32, of Havasu, was standing in front of a grocery store on Feb. 21 when police recognized him from previous contacts. Stewart had a felony warrant issued for his arrest, related to a probation violation originating in Mohave County courts. During a search, officers found James had a glass pipe that later tested positive for methamphetamine, police said.
He was arrested on the felony warrant and misdemeanor charges of failure to comply and possession of drug paraphernalia.
