Beaver Dam Police Beat: May 23, 2019
Harassment — At 11:14 a.m. Thursday, a woman called to report she is being harassed when walking her dogs in the 1200 block of Wayland Street. Everyone involved was counseled.
Vandalism — At 2:38 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported someone egged his house in the 400 block of North Street.
Fight — At 2:40 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a fight between three people in the 300 block of North Lincoln Avenue. They denied fighting.
Noise complaint — At 9:12 p.m. Thursday, police responded to report of loud noise, banging and screaming in the 200 block of West Maple Avenue. Friends were having a get together with no fighting. They were advised of the complaint.
Traffic complaint — At 9:35 p.m. Thursday, police responded to report of a car that drove through a ditch on Burnett Street by the ball diamonds and ended up in the middle of the street. A mom had given the keys to children to keep warm in the car and they were messing around, putting the car into reverse. There was no damage. The teenager involved was counseled.
Noise complaint — At 11:14 p.m. Thursday, police responded to complaint of loud teenagers by the basketball courts on Liberty Street. Police did not locate anything.
