Six employees arrested after selling cocaine to undercover officers at Humble bar
J.T.’s Sports Bar in Atascocita voluntarily canceled their permit to sell alcohol after six people, including employees, were charged with selling cocaine to undercover officers or possessing a firearm illegally at the venue.
J.T’s Sports Bar, located on 8110 East FM 1960, Humble has a history of selling alcohol to minors, serving after hours, serving to customers who are visibly drunk leading to DWIs, according to Harris County court records.
“This is the latest push in our ongoing effort to stop the carnage on our roadways,” said Sean Teare, Chief of Vehicular Crimes Division of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. “Establishments like this one fuel mayhem inside their walls and on our streets.”
The permit cancellation takes effect on Feb.4.
